Tell us which course or bundle you are considering and which CE category or credit hours you need. Review eligibility and completion requirements before purchasing.

Include your name, the email used at checkout, your order number if available, and the course or bundle name. Describe whether you need a download or an exam-access message.
Ask about your orderExam or completion help
Include the course name and describe the screen or message you see. If you send a screenshot, remove personal identifiers and do not send your full exam access code.
Ask about exam accessFirst, check spam or junk and add [email protected] to your contacts. Student books can be downloaded from the purchase confirmation page or the order email. Personal exam codes arrive separately.
Keep sensitive information out of email.
Do not email client tax returns, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or answer keys. Course support does not include tax preparation, IRS representation, or a personal client-file review unless a separate engagement is agreed.
